Why Skoda Is Offering Discounts

Skoda is using these discounts to boost sales during the festive season and clear inventory before the year-end. It is also a response to the healthy competition from Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata and Mahindra in the compact and midsize SUV segments.

The Kylaq is Skoda’s newest model and needs a sales push to establish itself, while the Kushaq and Slavia are older models which benefit from periodic discounts to sustain their sales.
