Eicher Trucks & Buses, a business of VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (VECV), has announced the launch of Uptime NXT Services, powered by an AI-enabled Uptime Centre. The new service ecosystem brings together technologies, analytics, and digital to help fleets maximize vehicle productivity and downtime reduction, and thus improve profitability.

What is the Uptime NXT?
The Uptime NXT is Eicher’s next-generation aftermarket and service ecosystem designed to bring together customers, technicians, engineers, and technical experts around its AI-enabled Uptime Centre.
Using connected vehicle data, analytics, and digital tools, it seeks to enable faster service interventions in order to improve vehicle uptime.

Instead of technicians manually diagnosing problems, they could instead use AI-enabled Service One insights to improve diagnostic accuracy and faster selection of service processes, and thus reduce the likelihood of repeated service calls.
My Eicher App: Connecting 460,000+ Vehicles
The Uptime NXT ecosystem has the backing of Eicher’s My Eicher mobile application, which puts together various fleet management and connected vehicle services.
The app offers features such as live vehicle tracking, fuel management, and trip management along with predictive uptime alerts, driver safety insights, and service and support services.
My Eicher already serves more than 200,000 customers as well as more than 460,000 vehicles, enabling Eicher to provide connected services and predictive insights to the wider Indian transport sector.
