The latest model year update to the KTM 390 Adventure has reached dealerships in India. The bike gets a set of revised graphics, giving it a slightly understated look compared with its current predecessor.
The bike reaches the dealerships before an official announcement on the KTM India website. The company has not yet confirmed whether the new graphics come either with a new colour scheme or as a revision of the Ceramic White option.
Updated Design for the Ceramic White Model
The updated 390 Adventure retains the same colour combination as its Ceramic White model. The motorcycle still sports a white front half, orange bodywork and black knuckle guards at the rear end.
However, the graphics have changed significantly. In the current Ceramic White version, the bike sports a small inscription saying “390” and the KTM logo written in a bigger font. The lettering “390” and KTM logo are placed against the orange background.
In the updated version, the “Adventure 390” lettering and KTM logo are placed against a grey background. The KTM logo has been shifted up and written in a smaller font, while the 390 inscription is also smaller.
Additionally, the Adventure prefix has been added to the 390 lettering. The updated version makes the 390 Adventure even clearer as an adventure motorcycle, and removes the flashy feeling from the previous graphics.
The new design would likely appeal to people, who are looking for something less flashy. Instead of applying large and high-contrast graphics all around the body panels, KTM has gone for a balanced approach.
No Significant Changes in the Mechanism
Other than the revised graphics, there are no other mechanical or equipment changes in the 390 Adventure. The bike is going to continue having its current frame, suspension, brakes and adventure bike design.
Standard KTM 390 Adventure features 19-inch front wheel and 17-inch rear wheels. The combination is chosen to strike the balance between good highway stability and off-road performance. The bigger wheel at the front can help the motorcycle pass over the rough terrain easier, while the 17-inch wheel helps with traction and manoeuvrability.
Additionally, the bike is still going to have a tall stance, wide handlebars, protective bodywork and upright riding position. These attributes make it suitable for touring, light trails and Indian road conditions.
The KTM 390 Adventure is also equipped with long-travel suspension, dual-channel ABS and riding modes to facilitate improved control on varied terrain. The specification sheet is subject to change according to the version.

New Ebony Black Colour Already Available
After the recent unveiling of the new colour scheme for the 350cc KTM 390 Adventure, KTM India has also introduced the new Ebony Black colour to the 350cc range of this motorcycle. The new black colour scheme has begun to reach the dealerships. The new colour scheme is offered to allow buyers to choose from another range of styles.
While there are two versions of the KTM 390 Adventure, the 350cc KTM 390 Adventure and 399cc versions of the same motorcycle. Currently, the company offers the 350cc standard version as well as the 390 Adventure X, Adventure R and Adventure S.
It is unknown at the time whether the new graphics featured on the Ceramic White themed motorcycle will only be available for the 350cc version of the motorcycle or the 399cc variants too. There has been no official clarification from the company.
The new graphics could be launched either independently as an add-on feature for the existing Ceramic White or in combination with other changes as part of the model-year update.
350cc and 399cc Versions
Earlier in 2026, KTM India added a more affordable 350cc engine version to its Adventure line-up. The company decided to offer a less expensive version of the KTM 390 Adventure which will allow more people to join the company’s adventure bike segment.
The 350cc engine delivers 41.5PS of power and 33.5Nm of torque, while the bigger engine can produce 46PS of power and 39Nm of torque. The more affordable version has less power but the design and the specification remain the same.
The 399cc models are designed to deliver better performance and allow riders to enjoy high-speed driving and long-distance tours. They are more suitable for those who want to feel more confident and powerful while riding in the city or on highways.
Updated Pricing
The KTM 390 Adventure lineup has been updated with new pricing in August 2026. The standard 350cc variant is available at a cost of roughly ₹2.88 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi). The 390 Adventure X is priced at about ₹3.50 lakh, whereas the Adventure R is available at approximately ₹3.86 lakh. The Adventure S can be bought at around ₹4.05 lakh.
The new graphics are likely to come with the same price tag as the current variant. Although the final pricing will only be confirmed by KTM closer to the launch date, an expensive price revision is unlikely to happen, especially if only cosmetic changes have been made.
The availability of the updated KTM 390 Adventure in the showrooms suggests that KTM may be planning an imminent launch event for the motorcycle. In fact, the company may also revise its website and price listing for the new motorcycle variant.
Refreshed Design for a Well-Known Adventure Motorcycle
The KTM 390 Adventure is one of the best-known motorcycles in the middleweight adventure class. The aggressive looks, impressive performance, advanced electronics, and tour capabilities of the bike make it popular among touring and adventure bikers.
The introduction of new graphics does not change the basic features of the motorcycle but gives it a fresh look in the new model year. The grey theme of the graphics and less prominent branding give the motorcycle a more mature look without removing its sporty nature.
As the updated version is already available in the showrooms, KTM may soon share more details on the new graphics, colours, and variant-wise pricing of the new version. Until then, interested customers can check the updated 390 Adventure in the showrooms and ask for confirmation if it has the updated graphics or not.
